All AeroIptv sales are final, so we offer a free trial for you to check everything works for you before you pay. A trial is short, so it's worth testing the right things. Use this checklist.
1. Test on the device you'll actually use
If you'll mainly watch on the living-room TV, test there — not on your phone. Performance depends on the device, the app and the Wi-Fi signal in that room. Follow the setup guide for your device.
2. Watch at peak time
Test in the evening, when home internet is busiest. If it plays smoothly then, it will play smoothly the rest of the day.
3. Check the channels and content you care about
Browse the categories and make sure the channels, movies and series you want are there.
4. Try the TV guide
Open the TV guide (EPG) and check that it shows what's on now and next. If it's empty, it may still be loading — give it a few minutes on first use.
5. Check picture quality
Watch a few channels in HD and, if your TV and connection support it, 4K. Quality depends on your connection, so run a speed test if the picture looks soft.
6. Contact support once
