How to Watch AeroIptv on a Samsung Smart TV

Samsung Smart TVs run Tizen, Samsung's own operating system. You can't install Android apps on them, so you'll use an IPTV player app from Samsung's own app store. Here's how to get AeroIptv running.

Before you start

• Your TV must be connected to the internet (Settings → General → Network).
• Have your AeroIptv setup message ready — it names the recommended player app and includes your login details.
• Newer TVs generally have more apps available and run them more smoothly than older models.

Step 1: Install the player app

1. Press the Home button on your remote and open Apps.
2. Select the search icon and type the name of the player app from your setup message.
3. Select the app and choose Install.

Some Samsung IPTV players show a device ID or MAC address the first time they open. If yours does, send it to us on WhatsApp — we'll use it to connect your subscription to your TV.

Step 2: Add your AeroIptv details

Open the app and choose the option to add a playlist or user. Enter your details exactly as they appear in your setup message, then save. The first load can take a minute while channels and the TV guide download.

Common Samsung problems

• App not in the store: app availability depends on your country and TV model. Message us and we'll suggest an alternative.
• App asks for an activation fee: some Samsung players charge a one-time fee paid to the app developer after a free period. This is separate from your AeroIptv plan.
• Freezing: turn the TV fully off at the wall for 60 seconds. Samsung's standby mode doesn't clear memory.
