Set up Aero IPTV on an Android phone or tablet — Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola and others — using an IPTV player from the Google Play Store.

Before You Start

  • Required information

    Your Aero IPTV username, password and server URL, sent by email or WhatsApp within an hour of your order.

  • Compatible device

    An Android phone or tablet with Google Play

  • Internet connection

    A stable connection: about 10 Mbps for Full HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Ethernet is best for TVs.

  • Supported application

    The player app named in your setup email

    Step 1

    Install the required application

    Open the Google Play Store, search for the player named in your setup email and tap Install. Always prefer the Play Store version: Google Play Protect scans apps for harmful behavior.

    Open the application

    Tap Open, or find the app in your app drawer. Allow the permissions it asks for to play media. If the app offers it, turn on landscape mode for full-screen viewing.

    Enter the information supplied after purchase

    In the app, choose to add a new user or playlist. Pick Xtream Codes if the app offers it — it loads live TV, movies, series and the TV guide most reliably — and enter the server URL (including http:// and the port), username and password exactly as they appear in your setup message. Details are case-sensitive; typing them by hand avoids hidden spaces from copy-and-paste.

    Complete configuration

    Save and give the app a minute to download your channel list and TV guide — the first load takes longest. Then check the time zone on your device so the guide shows the right programs, and add your most-watched channels to Favorites.

    Start using the service

    Open Live TV and choose a channel. If something doesn't load, restart the app once and check your connection, then see the troubleshooting section below. Our support team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp.

Android Troubleshooting

The player is only available as a download from its website
Allow installs for your browser only: Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, choose the browser and turn on Allow from this source (menu names vary by brand). Only download from the developer's official site, and turn the permission off again afterwards.
Playback stops when the screen turns off
Turn off battery optimization for the player: Settings → Apps → select the app → Battery → choose Unrestricted (names vary by brand).
"App not installed" error
Free up storage, update Android, and make sure you downloaded the correct version for your device.
Watch on your TV
If the player supports casting, tap the cast icon to send video to a Chromecast or Google TV. Or follow the Android TV / Google TV guide to install the player on the TV itself.

Android Setup FAQ

Is it safe to install apps from outside Google Play?

It can be, if you only download from the developer's official website. Allow unknown installs for one app at a time, and turn it off when you're done. Google Play Protect still scans apps you install.

Can I use the same login on my phone and TV?

Yes. Install the player on both and add the same details. Your plan's connections decide how many can play at the same time.

Why does my phone get hot while streaming?

Streaming video uses the processor and screen continuously. Lower the brightness, close background apps and avoid charging and streaming in direct sunlight.
