Set up Aero IPTV on an iPhone or iPad using an IPTV player from the App Store. Apple devices only install apps from the App Store, which keeps setup simple.

Before You Start

  • Required information

    Your Aero IPTV username, password and server URL, sent by email or WhatsApp within an hour of your order.

  • Compatible device

    An iPhone or iPad with an up-to-date version of iOS / iPadOS

  • Internet connection

    A stable connection: about 10 Mbps for Full HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Ethernet is best for TVs.

  • Supported application

    The player app named in your setup email

    Step 1

    Install the required application

    Open the App Store, tap Search and look up the player named in your setup email. Tap Get (or the price for a paid app) and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple Account password.

    Open the application

    Tap the app's icon on your Home Screen. If it asks to find and connect to devices on your local network, tap Allow — many players need it for playback and AirPlay.

    Enter the information supplied after purchase

    In the app, choose to add a new user or playlist. Pick Xtream Codes if the app offers it — it loads live TV, movies, series and the TV guide most reliably — and enter the server URL (including http:// and the port), username and password exactly as they appear in your setup message. Details are case-sensitive; typing them by hand avoids hidden spaces from copy-and-paste.

    Complete configuration

    Save and give the app a minute to download your channel list and TV guide — the first load takes longest. Then check the time zone on your device so the guide shows the right programs, and add your most-watched channels to Favorites.

    Start using the service

    Open Live TV and choose a channel. If something doesn't load, restart the app once and check your connection, then see the troubleshooting section below. Our support team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp.

iPhone / iPad Troubleshooting

Video won't play after I tapped Don't Allow
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and turn the switch on for your player app.
Watch on your TV
In the player, tap the AirPlay icon, or open Control Center → Screen Mirroring, and choose your Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible TV.
Choppy playback
Turn off Low Power Mode, close other apps, and move closer to your Wi-Fi router.
The app isn't in the App Store
App availability varies by country. Message us and we'll recommend a player that's available in the US App Store.

iPhone / iPad Setup FAQ

What is the Local Network permission on iPhone?

It lets an app talk to devices on your home Wi-Fi. Many video players need it for playback and AirPlay. You can change it in Settings, Privacy & Security, Local Network.

Can I use the same app on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV?

Many IPTV players work across all three, sometimes with one purchase. Check the App Store listing for supported devices.

Do I need an Apple TV to watch on my TV?

Not necessarily. You can AirPlay to many smart TVs that support it, or connect an iPad to the TV with the right adapter.
