  • Required information

    Your Aero IPTV username, password and server URL, sent by email or WhatsApp within an hour of your order.

  • Compatible device

    Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K, signed in to an Apple Account

  • Internet connection

    A stable connection: about 10 Mbps for Full HD, 25 Mbps for 4K. Ethernet is best for TVs.

  • Supported application

    The player app named in your setup email

    Step 1

    Install the required application

    Open the App Store on your Apple TV, go to Search and look up the player named in your setup email. Select Get (or the price for a paid app) and confirm with your Apple Account.

    Open the application

    Select Open, or find the app on your Apple TV Home Screen. Some players let you enter your details from an iPhone or a web page instead of the TV remote — follow the on-screen prompt if one appears.

    Enter the information supplied after purchase

    In the app, choose to add a new user or playlist. Pick Xtream Codes if the app offers it — it loads live TV, movies, series and the TV guide most reliably — and enter the server URL (including http:// and the port), username and password exactly as they appear in your setup message. Details are case-sensitive; typing them by hand avoids hidden spaces from copy-and-paste.

    Complete configuration

    Save and give the app a minute to download your channel list and TV guide — the first load takes longest. Then check the time zone on your device so the guide shows the right programs, and add your most-watched channels to Favorites.

    Start using the service

    Open Live TV and choose a channel. If something doesn't load, restart the app once and check your connection, then see the troubleshooting section below. Our support team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp.

Apple TV Troubleshooting

Motion looks jerky on sports
Go to Settings → Video and Audio → Match Content and turn on Match Frame Rate.
The app is slow or freezes
Restart from Settings → System → Restart, and install updates in Settings → System → Software Updates.
Buffering
Apple TV 4K models with an Ethernet port are most reliable when wired. Otherwise, keep the router close and use 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
Typing details with the remote is slow
Use the Apple TV Remote in your iPhone's Control Center to type with your phone's keyboard.

Can I type my login with my iPhone?
