Set up the service on an Amazon Fire TV device using the recommended application.

    The setup details sent to you after your order is processed.

  • Compatible device

    Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube or a Fire TV smart TV

  • Internet connection

    A stable connection: about 10 Mbps for Full HD, 25 Mbps for 4K.

  • Supported application

    The player app named in your setup email

    Step 1

    Install the required application

    From the Fire TV home screen, select Find, then Search, and look up the player app named in your setup email. Select the application and choose Get or Download.

    Open the application

    Select Open after the download finishes. To find it later, go to Your Apps & Channels and move it to the front of the list for quick access.

    Enter the information supplied after purchase

    In the application, choose the option to add a new service or playlist. Enter the details exactly as they appear in the setup information you received. Details are case-sensitive, so check each character before saving.

    Complete configuration

    Save your settings and allow the application a moment to load the service. If the application offers optional preferences such as language, layout, or parental controls, adjust them now.

    Start using the service

    Return to the application's home screen and browse the available content. If anything does not load as expected, restart the application once and check your internet connection before contacting support.
